Strategic EPPP support for psychologists who want to save time, money, and avoid costly mistakes
My EPPP Storyand why i do this differently
I provide tutoring, coaching, and study support for psychologists preparing for the EPPP. This work is educational and strategic in nature and is not therapy, psychological treatment, or a guarantee of passing. My role is to help you study more effectively, make informed decisions, and reduce unnecessary trial-and-error in the process.
I share my EPPP story because it directly informs how I support repeat test-takers today.
I passed the EPPP in May 2019… after eight attempts and 2.5 years of relentless effort, heartbreak, regrouping, going into double digit debt investing in this process, learning from my mistakes, and resilience.
For a long time, I felt ashamed of that.
I told myself I must not be smart enough, or that something was wrong with my brain.
I carried that belief quietly, convinced everyone else had it easier than me.
Here’s what changed when I started talking about it:
SO MANY AMAZING, BRILLIANT, BADASS psychologists struggle just like this, they’re just not talking about it.
Different circumstances, same pressure.
Same fear.
Same isolation.
Same belief that “everyone else gets it except me.”
Once the exam was behind me, the truth landed hard:
My attempts weren’t failures.
They were data.
They were preparation.
They gave me the empathy, strategy, and clarity that now shape how I support EPPP clients.
My story isn’t about struggling.
It’s about not giving up, figuring out what works when nothing else does, and helping you do the same.
If you’ve had multiple attempts, close calls, or soul-crushing fails and are still showing up, you are exactly the kind of FUTURE EPPP Champion I LOVE working with!
Passing the EPPP didn’t magically make everything better for me.
Months later, I realized how much anger, grief, and exhaustion the process had left in my body; the cost, the silence, the shame, the years it consumed.
So I built what I wish I’d had:
A supportive community for multiple-attempt test takers: a place to vent, ask questions, share without shame or judgment, celebrate small wins, and stop feeling “behind.”
Then people started asking:
“Do you tutor?”
“Do you coach?”
“I want you on my EPPP support team.”
I said yes once.
They passed.
And I’ve said yes ever since.
What I kept seeing:
Visual learning works
Clear structure works
Mnemonics work
Accountability works
Neurodivergent-affirming approaches matter
These aren’t hacks. They’re the same strategies that helped me pass. Now, I support hundreds of future and fellow badass psychologists through tutoring, coaching, workshops, visual packets, and community support and I wouldn’t change a thing.
I didn’t become an EPPP Champion because I passed easily.
I became one because I didn’t.

No.
This is educational and strategic support for psychologists preparing for the EPPP. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, or supervision.
While we absolutely talk about mindset, burnout, and confidence, the focus is on study strategy, exam preparation, and decision-making, not clinical care.
-
I work with:
Doctoral-level psychologists preparing for the EPPP
First-time test takers
Multiple-attempt test takers
Psychologists feeling stuck after close calls

-
No.
No ethical tutor can guarantee a passing score.
What I can promise is strategic, honest, data-informed support. My role is to help you study more effectively, avoid costly mistakes, and make decisions based on clarity instead of panic.
You bring the effort. I bring the structure.
-
Tutoring focuses on content mastery:
Breaking down confusing domains
Clarifying diagnoses and theories
Memory tools and mnemonics
Visual learning supports
Coaching focuses on everything except content:
Study structure
Timeline planning
Burnout prevention
Test-taking strategy
Confidence rebuilding
Managing repeat-attempt discouragement
Many clients use both depending on timing and needs.
-
No.
It’s data.
Multiple attempts do not mean you’re not intelligent or capable. They often mean your strategy, pacing, or study structure needs adjustment.
I specialize in working with repeat test takers because I’ve been one.
You are not behind. You are recalibrating.
-
Yes.
Because this is educational support, not therapy I can work with psychologists across the United States and internationally.
There are no PSYPACT or state licensure restrictions for tutoring or coaching services.
-
I do not provide formal psychological evaluations or accommodation documentation through this service.
If you believe you may qualify for testing accommodations, I can help you think through next steps and point you toward appropriate resources.
-
It depends on your timeline and goals.
Some clients work with me for a few weeks leading up to their exam. Others choose ongoing support over several months, especially after repeat attempts.
Your plan is tailored to your starting point, content gaps, and test date.
-
Sessions can be paid session-by-session or monthly via Venmo or Zelle.
Once payment is completed, you’ll receive your Google Meet link and we begin.
Because time and preparation are reserved specifically for you, payments are non-refundable once sessions are scheduled.
If you need clarity on logistics before committing, just email me and we’ll talk it through.

Then you’re exactly who I built this for :).
The silence around struggling with the EPPP is often heavier than the studying itself.
This is a space where shame doesn’t get airtime. Strategy does.
You are not the only brilliant psychologist who has struggled with this exam. You’re just done pretending you haven’t.
Let’s Make the EPPP Part of Your Past, Shall We?You need strategy, support, accountability, and clarity all of which you’ll get with me.
Email me with what you’re needing: tutoring, coaching, or both. I’ll help you get moving in the right direction to make the EPPP more passable and less painful.
