Online ADHD Counseling for Adults
Serving Texas, Florida, and 41 Other States via PSYPACT
For the adults juggling 47 emotional support tabs, running three internal monologues, and sprinting through life while still somehow feeling behind.
Let’s be realYour brain isn’t slow… it’s FAST.
I provide online ADHD counseling for adults navigating attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and burnout related to ADHD.
When ADHD shows up in everyday life, you might be the person who:
Starts 5 tasks, hyperfocuses on the least urgent one
Struggles to relax because your brain is narrating everything you “should” be doing
Procrastinates on things you actually want to do
Feels overwhelmed by emails, laundry, or starting from scratch
Can’t shut your brain down at night no matter how tired you are
ADHD doesn’t just affect your focus.
Instead, it shapes your relationships, routines, confidence, work, and emotions.
You’re trying your hardest.
You’re doing the absolute most!
But no matter how much effort you put in, you still feel like you’re:
Dropping balls you meant to catch
Forgetting important things
Constantly running late no matter how early you start
Your problem isn’t laziness, it’s overload.
If this feels uncomfortably accurate, schedule your free consultation now
ADHD Counseling From Someone Who Truly Gets It
I work with ADHD every day in my practice as a licensed psychologist, and I also live with an ADHD brain myself.
I was diagnosed later in life.
From the outside, I looked high-achieving.
Inside, things felt chaotic.
My flavor of ADHD hid behind:
Overachieving
People-pleasing
Perfectionism
A lot of “I’ll just push through” energy
Getting diagnosed finally connected the dots. Everything I’ve learned (clinically + lived experience) is thoughtfully woven into how I support my clients. You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from this work.
What ADHD Counseling With Me Focuses On
I’m here to help you understand your patterns and create systems that work with your brain.
Together, we focus on:
Executive functioning support
Task paralysis + Overwhelm strategies
Emotional regulation tools
Nervous-system calming practices
Routines that stick
Time blindness
Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria + People-pleasing
Burnout prevention
Clients often tell me:
“You make my ADHD make sense.”
“You help me understand why simple tasks feel hard.”
“You help me find what actually works for my brain.”
Therapy with me feels like your nervous system is finally getting what it needs.
“The ADHD brain is a Ferrari engine with bicycle brakes.”

Frequently Asked Questions About Online ADHD Therapy
-
No.
Some of my clients have a formal ADHD diagnosis. Others strongly suspect ADHD but were missed in childhood, especially high-achieving adults, women, and people whose symptoms were masked by overcompensating.
If your brain feels fast, overloaded, inconsistent, or exhausted from trying to “keep up,” we can explore that together.
If you’re seeking formal testing for documentation or accommodations, I can help you determine the appropriate next steps.
-
I do not provide comprehensive ADHD testing or formal diagnostic assessments for accommodations through this service.
If you need documentation for school, work, or formal disability support, I can provide referrals for psychological evaluation.
My focus here is therapy and practical support; helping you understand your patterns and build systems that actually work for your brain.
-

-
No. I do not prescribe medication.
If medication may be helpful, I’m happy to collaborate with your psychiatrist or prescribing provider. Therapy and medication often complement each other well, but medication is never required to begin this work.
-
Then you’ve likely been misunderstood.
ADHD is not a character flaw. It’s a neurodevelopmental difference that impacts executive functioning, regulation, and task initiation.
Many of my clients are intelligent, capable adults who have internalized years of criticism. Part of our work is untangling shame from neurology and helping you stop fighting your brain.
You are not broken. Your strategies just haven’t been built for how your brain works.
-
I am a private-pay practice.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
Many clients choose private pay for increased privacy, flexibility, and the ability to work without insurance-driven diagnostic limitations. We can discuss whether this feels like a sustainable investment during your consultation.
-
Yes, but not through willpower lectures.
We work on:
Breaking tasks into neurologically realistic steps
Reducing avoidance loops
Creating visual and environmental supports
Practicing initiation strategies
Addressing the emotional drivers underneath procrastination
Progress isn’t about becoming hyper-productive. It’s about increasing follow-through and reducing the chaos spiral.
-
It depends on your goals.
Some clients want short-term support focused on executive functioning systems. Others benefit from longer-term work addressing burnout, self-esteem, identity, and relational patterns shaped by ADHD.
We move at a pace that feels steady and practical. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s a brain that feels supported instead of constantly at war with itself.
Are you craving a space where your ADHD isn’t treated like a flaw? You, courageous human, are in the right place!
Let’s make today the day you stop trying to force your brain to work like someone else’s.
