Dr. Nichole Vincent

Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing online therapy to adults and couples across 43 PSYPACT participating states. My best work focuses on anxiety, ADHD, grief, perfectionism, and relationship challenges.

Forget the cliché therapist scenes you’ve seen on TV.

There are no blank stares, passive nodding, or endless “mm-hmm” energy here.

You deserve a therapist who is attuned, human, and actually helpful, one who blends clinical expertise with intuition, emotional accuracy, and real-world tools that create real movement in your life.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

(And Why It Works)

Therapy with me feels like exhaling.

Like sitting with a grounded, smart, deeply caring human who sees your patterns, understands your nervous system, and helps you shift what’s been stuck without shame, pressure, or pretending.

I’ll celebrate your wins, hold space for the hard stuff, and (lovingly) call you out when perfectionism, avoidance, or old patterns try to run the show.

This is a space where you get to be seen, supported, stretched, and safe while we untangle what you’ve been carrying alone for far too long.

What Its Like to Work With Me

A blend of clinical depth, humor, creativity, and authenticity in every session

  • Therapy that meets you exactly where you are (not where you think you should be)

  • I drop cuss words and #hashtags when it fits, because life is real, and therapy should reflect that.

  • Quotes, books, podcasts, and even TikToks, when they help things click

  • No one-size-fits-all approach, ever

Clients often describe me as genuine, non-judgmental, and refreshingly real, and that’s exactly how the real work happens.

Therapy with me is equal parts insight, structure, and safety. You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll swear. And you’ll grow. Get your heart ready for a therapeutic experience that’s anything but cookie-cutter!

Areas I Support

  • Your brain won’t stop thinking 10 steps ahead.
    Your body is physically tense.
Your mind jumps to worst-case before your coffee’s even done brewing.

I help you slow things down, understand your spirals, and build tools that actually calm your brain and help you take back control of your life.

  • If your ADHD feels like you’re on the struggle bus without brakes, I get it personally and professionally.

Together, we’ll build ADHD-friendly systems that feel realistic, flexible, and sustainable.

  • If you’re grieving someone, something, or a version of life you thought you’d have, you deserve a space that doesn’t rush your pain or minimize your love.

I sit with you in the places others avoid: the ache, the anniversaries, the anger, the numbness, the longing.

If your grief needs a place to land, you just found it.

Together we will unpack what feels heavy and rediscover peace and connection to what matters most.

  • If your worth has always been tied to being the responsible one, the capable one, the strong one, the productive one… it’s time for a new story.

You get to have ambition and rest.
    Drive and boundaries.
    Success and sustainability.

  • Whether you’re struggling with conflict, connection, communication, or feeling like roommates instead of partners, I help couples understand their attachment styles and the habits that shape your relationship, repair the ruptures, and choose a path forward.

Sometimes that path means deeper connection.
    Sometimes it means conscious uncoupling.

Either way, you are supported with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment.
